Ms. Damarys was outstanding, I came to the location to purchase used car cash but what was out there was not in the best shape. Instead of giving up she searched the entire lot until she found me a vehicle and the price was remarkable. If I had to rate my experience with her it would be a 10 out-of 10.

My Yukon was experiencing an odd electrical issue while also under multiple recalls… Mike and the staff at the Sandy Sansing Chevrolet service department were able to install a new battery, replace the faulty part and cover three recall issues all in one day, so I was able to get the vehicle back the next day working perfectly. Everyone was very kind and courteous, and kept me updated on the progress…Highly recommend!

Would have been great to know the tag and tile processes little more in depth as I was motivated to do it myself and wasted time since I was unfamiliar updated communication systems (DMV/car lot), but the information was eventually provided to me, rated low earlier, however, they fixed everything. Sales personnel just need to remember that just because the sale is finalized doesn't mean prompt responses not regarding sales, are not important, could have saved me time and a visit to DMV if information was given accordingly. Overall, truck is amazing, and so are/were the staff.
