I originally planned to replace the spark plugs myself, but after realizing how involved the process was, I decided to have the dealership handle the installation. Since I recently purchased a used truck, I also requested a full vehicle diagnostic for peace of mind.
The spark plug service itself was fine, though I was surprised to be charged an additional 1.5 hours of labor simply because the truck has a 6‑cylinder engine instead of a 4‑cylinder. It felt excessive, but it was still the reason I chose to have them perform the work rather than doing it myself.

I paid over 300 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation and to tell me why my engine light was on. Thermostat. Would have been 600 more to fix Thermostat. Almost 500 to fix passenger side visor. So it was very expensive. Took over 2 hours. People were nice although sandy walked passed right by me twice and didn't look at me or say hello. But that's ok I guess. Not a horrible review just very expensive.

Workmanship so far seems excellent. Dropped off on a Thursday and didn't get back until 4:00PM on Monday. I wasn't ready for that but parts weren't in stock.
