Everyone was great at the dealership. I like how everyone worked together. When I set up our appointment Robert was going to be our main rep. When we got there (we were a few moments early) he was with another customer. Roger ended up helping us. When Robert finished with his customer, him & Roger worked together to finalize our buying experience. It was very nice seeing them work together and being considerate of the other.

On vacation from Texas when air conditioner had a leak. Took it to Sansing Chevrolet and they fixed it, plus changed power steering fluid, within 6 hours, allowing us to get back on the road. Very professional service. Highly recommend them for service on your GM vehicle.
The lady who ran the service department the Saturday I took my car in was wonderful. She was friendly and very organized. There were a lot of customers but she was calm, professional and never acted frustrated. You are lucky to have her working for you.
Coming in from St Louis with rear end issues. Repairs were made quickly and we were back on our journey. Under warranty and even paid for an Uber for me.

They were quick with the repair and turnaround. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is that they should have noticed a broken light and checked to see if I wa red to repair it since they were repairing something in that area. Otherwise, very professional.
We are in Pensacola from out of town moving our son into college and ended up on side on road. Steve with service department went out of his way to not only fix our truck but do it in an amazing timely manner. Our son will for sure be using them for all his service needs on him Chevy truck while here in Pensacola.

I had just moved to the area and needed a trade in for my 2018 Colorado. Dylan Seay contacted me and had a new 2021 Colorado for me to look at for my trade in. It was exactly what I needed and after working though the details for a bit, within a couple hours, Dylan and the team had me in my new truck driving off the lot. Definitely the most painless vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had, everything was broken down to me in the easiest sense possible.

My visit to the service department was good. The new policy for oil change is, slow up, no appointment needed. As I pulled up a service tech approach my vehicle, took the keys, I signed the paper work and I watched the news in the rest area. Twenty minutes later, I was told my vehicle was ready. I paid the price they had quoted, walked to my vehicle and drove off as a happy customer. I must say, the service technician did not try to sell me some unwanted future service. That was refreshing.

Steve Smith was extremely helpful. It is always better when you have a person that is new and still enjoys listening to the customer and working with them. A lot of times some of the tenured individuals almost give the vibe that they are being bothered and that makes you not want to return to a company where you will spend money. Guys like Steve and another gentlemen (taller with glasses) provide that good home feel that makes you believe that Sandy Sansing Chevrolet is family. Do not lose those type of guys.

I Came to the dealership while on vacation with a check engine light on the 2018 Chevy equinox. I had recently purchased this vehicle from another dealership in Illinois, and we traveled to Florida for vacation. We got in quickly with Jeff Furth as our advisor and he went to work with the mechanic to diagnose the issue and get us back on the road.
