TV would spool and you had to wait to watch it in the waiting room. Coffee maker wasn't working. Service on the vehicle was prompt. Service tech was on top of things.

Got a truck under the original sticker price with only 33 miles sales man didn’t pressure me to complete a purchase nor did he dismiss me when I said I didn’t want to buy that day. Dez Smiley is an excellent example of what a good salesman should be. No pressure towards the customer but still listens to what they want and gives them the free room to explore their offerings. Simply the best service I’ve gotten in car city. May never go anywhere else for a truck.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. My only complaint is the windows were left down while my vehicle was in the body shop resulting in a dusty interior. Besides that, job well done.

Good experience, honest sales team. Whoever did the inspection on the used truck I purchased apparently didn't check the 12v outlets and neither did I before purchasing. Fuse wasn't even installed in the panel for some reason, $8 easy fix at home. Happy customer.

Did a great job on my truck was quick and efficient priced good. The only issue I had was they didn’t remove the plastic and paper out of my truck that was used to keep from dirty in my truck, but everything else was great.

Check in was underwhelming. Maybe more coffee was needed . We’d had numerous reminders that the car was overdue for a “service” bur the check in technician didnt seem to know what needed to be done . A change was suggested. We can go to a jiffy lube for that . Had to call my fiance and out him on the line . He's an engine guy . Even he was confused . No courtesy shuttle.
