    Very rude service lady in service area (not front desk), dropped off truck at 7am didn’t even get it back till 4 for a simple oil change. I have gone here for over a decade and it’s just disappointing all around lately. Do better!

    We prepaid for oil changes when we bought our car. We can't make an appointment. If you get to the service bay after 10 am there is a 3 hour wait. Even if we arrive around 7 am it still takes 3 hours. How ridiculous!
